Summer Sweat Fitness Series: Sandbox Fitness
Enjoy Outdoor fitness Saturday morning. Warm up followed by a 5-6 exercise circuit to be completed 1-2 times per participant. Table top cool down will be provided. Also, individuals are welcome to a free initial assessment by one of our certified RMTs/ATs at any empty therapy table.
