 "HOT HIIT Pilates (60 minutes)

Sculpt your body with Hot HIIT Pilates! Enjoy an energizing, challenging, full body, low impact workout that will get you in shape and keep you in shape!

Hot HIIT Pilates combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with pilates principles. In a room heated to 35 degrees, get ready to sweat with energizing music and motivating instructors! This class will help you tone your body, build long, lean muscle mass, improve your cardiovascular system, rev up your metabolism and burn fat. Perfect for all fitness levels."

We recommend all participants bring a yoga mat, towel to cover the mat and a bottle of water.
